THE CAMTRAC

Track dollies, table top dollies and camera platforms have been around for a while. Especially since the advent of DLSR’s that are video capable. With these new cameras time lapse photography and slider videography is becoming much more popular. Putting the camera in motion makes a scene much more interesting whether vertical, lateral or in an arc . There are a variety of dolly systems on the market. Most are limited in their capabilities. Never before has a single device been able to do all these different tasks in a simple, affordable and practical unit.

What makes the Camtrac unique is the ability to adapt to many different camera setups and scenarios. In this one easy to use device you can achieve amazing results. The Camtrac will run on just about any type of railing or surface so while out shooting you don’t always need to set up a dedicated track. Simply adjust the lower guide wheels to the desired width and the top support wheels for stability and your ready to shoot. It also will run in a straight line or an arc on a flat surface such as a table, counter top or floor. And with the simple monopod adapters you can even run the Camtrac on a painters ladder or railroad track!

LED lights and microphones can easily be attached to the base for added versatility. Want to mount your camera to the hood of a car or pane of glass? attach suction cups and your ready to go.
